The wheels are Weld Racing Billet Polished Aluminum
There is a small parking lot ding in the driver's door.

The red grill is a new Chevy grill that I had painted to match.
I also have the stock grill which is chrome.

The exhaust system is a 3 inch system which includes
a high-flow catalytic converter, and Flowmaster performance
muffller, all installed by Dan Fast.

The wheels are Weld Racing Billet Aluminum.
There is a small ding just above the front
passenger door handle.

The engine is the 350 cubic inch V8.  It is completely stock, but performs
exceptionally well with the free flowing Flowmaster exhaust system.  When
I purchased this vehicle in January 2001, I had my mechanic (Union Bay Garage)
perform a very thorough evaluation of it.  Their examination included what
is called a compression check.  If you are not familiar with this test, ask
your mechanic.  It is a powerful diagnostic that can tell you a huge amount
amount about the internal health of a motor.  The results of the compression
test I had run were excellent:  120, 120, 120, 130, 130, 120, 130, 120.  The
engine runs as well as it looks!

The interior is in excellent condition.  The sound system is by Magnolia Hi-Fi.
It consists of an Alpine Remote Control CDA-7840 Tuner/CD feeding an Xtant
M Series Amplifier into Boston Acoustics speakers and a second Base Amp powering a bass woofer in a custom box..  Magnolia also provided
and installed the Clifford Intelliguard 7000 alarm system.

The Suburban features front and rear air conditioning with front
and and rear controls for the rear temperature settings.

The interior is exceptionally clean with the only observable
wear being on the steering wheel.

The second row offers comfortable bench seats which
can fold down to enable a huge rear cargo area large
enough to easily hold a stack of 4' X 8' sheets of plywood.
There is no observable wear in the second seats.

The rear cargo area has some slight discoloration of the carpet,
but as you can see, it is nominal.  The two pillow-like objects just
behind the seats are the headrests for the second row.  The third seat
is included, but not shown.  It is in like new condition.

If you have had the patience to get down this far on the web page
then I'll conclude you must have some level of interest in this
vehicle.  So let me make the case why this vehicle is such a great
bargain.

Higher mileage vehicles like this one simply do not command
as high a price as lower mileage ones.  This makes excellent
sense, because things on a vehicle can wear out as they are driven.

Because of the higher mileage of this vehicle, it simply can not
command the price that it otherwise would if it were lower mileage.

But if you first saw and drove this Suburban without knowing its
true mileage, you guess that the mileage was surely less than
50 or 60 thousand.

Just by looking at this vehicle, you can see that it has been exceptionally
well cared for.  But more importantly, it is in excellent mechanical
condition.  The most important and expensive parts of a vehicle like
this are the engine, the transmission, and the braking system.  All
three of these components are in great shape on this Suburban.  I recently
put over $1,000.00 into completely replacing the brakes, the rotors,
and the brake drums.  I also just had the air conditioning system reuilt.

The exhaust system was completely replaced last year with a high
performance free flowing cat and Flowmaster system with 3 inch
diameter exhaust pipes.

The buyer of this Suburban will likely be someone who has a good
relationship with a great mechanic who can give this vehicle a thorough
mechanical evaluation.

If you are looking for a late model Suburban (this is the last body style
before the change in 2001), and if you are looking for one that has
a unique look, great sound system, and in excellent condition for under
$10,000, this is your vehicle.

Thanks for listening.
